Bad News, I not yet got the job. I gave interview in several companies which are dealing with several big clients. I approached Sutherland (Call Centre), Concept (Public Relation Company), United Breweries (Alcohol Company), Carlsberg (Alcohol Company) and sent e-mail to many companies. Every one gave me a common answer “If we have something we will call you back”. I hope someday I will get the job.

AGAIN HE'S BACK
AISA BHI HO SAKTA HAI
Source – HT, 8/8/2010
Mumbai – On one of the days this Ramzan, 57-year old Prakashc Gidwani will wake well before dawn, in sync with Muslims across the city. After a light breakfast of fruits and a glass of water, he plans to fast strictly all day, and at sunset, will eat at the local durgah in Versova only after his muslim friends have finished their namaz. For this Sindhi social activist, fasting at least once every Ramzan is a tradition he created for himself more than thirty years ago, to express his respect and love for Islam. But Gidwani is not alone. As Muslims prepare for a month of abstinence starting this week, there is also a small tribe of non-Muslims that will keep them company through thirst and hunger. Their reasons are various, from friendship to experimentation to genuine devotion. “anything that is good must be respected , and I fast as a mark of respect to Islam. Like all religions, it teaches you the path to God,” said Gidwani, a Versova resident who claims to be one of the rare hindus allowed to serve in the local Sayed Sakurula Shah Durgah for 27 years. Fasting, he says, gives him a sense of achievement and happiness. “It maintains good and health, and the food saved goes to charity.” Law student Niyati Davawala took to fasting a couple of times during Ramzan six years ago, for the sake of her first Muslim friend in junior college, Madniya Mozawalla. “She wouldn’t eat in the canteen on those days, so I wanted to accompany her. It was also a test for my own body,” said the 24 year old, who finds her Gujarati community fasts a cakewalk. At the time of sunset, Mozawalla would eat iftar with her family only after making sure her friend had eaten first. “Since I am vegetarian, I’d go straight for sev puri outside,” said Davawala, who hasn’t fasted for the past few Ramzans and hopes to revive it this year. For Parag Joshi (49), fasting occasionally along with his longtime Muslim family friends comes more from a secular impulse. “Abstinence is common to most religious, and when you have close friends from another religion, taking part in each others’ culture is a way of showing brotherhood,” said the Khar-based businessman.
KISS FOR A JOB
This news is from Thane. You might heard the name “Frankfinn”, yes friends Frankfinn, the institute which gives you training if you want to build your carrier as air hostess. This is the first news according to me about Frankfinn. As I himself saw the ad of this institution in film “Dil Maange More” where a character played by Soha Ali Khan, love interest of lead actor Shahid Kapoor, wants to build her career in Air hostess for which director Ananth Mahadevan, use Frankfinn “showing as a institute where soha ali khan doing training for air hostess”. Well apart from advertisement, here recently 2008-09 batch lodged a complaint about this institution that it charged rs. 1.13 lakh for training and gave them assurance that they will provide a job in cabin crew department of flights. Problem occurred when one of the instructor (women) forced girls i.e. batch to kiss the office staff (male) and seduce them too. Girls literally refused and later institute send them for an interview regarding job not to some airlines office but to call-centres and hospitals. Girls lodged complaint not in police station but to Shiv-Sena MLA Eknath Shinde. They held meeting with shinde at Anand Ashram on Saturday (7/8/10). Now the whole batch need their money back from institute. This is a big controversy, it must get more coverage. A brand like Frankfinn is doing such hilarious crime, is really unbelievable.

PRIYACHAP
Akshaye – In my career I worked with priyadarshan lot of times. I am exciting about the film.
Ajay – I like the script and after playing different roles in last 3 films I am looking for some challenging work, which I found in this film.
Priyadarshan – My work are always appreciated. Bit flops doesn’t matters to me. Don’t forget that I got National Award, and made films like Viraasat, Kala-Pani and recently Kanjivaram. I came up with the issue which I think is interesting and need to explore it in front of masses. Good, now what I think is. People from kurukshetra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh must watch this film. They are still following the old rituals, it’s 21st century, it is the duty of the elders to let youngsters leave their life as they want. Nobody wants interference. People, especially youngsters are advanced now. Dance India Dance, Chak Dhoom Dhoom, Sawayamar, Nach Baliye, Zara Nach Ki Dekha, Indian Idol and India Got Talent, these are the serials which are showing that every one have a talent inside we are giving them a platform to explore. I think parents especially who are very orthodox, must understand that a world has changed now. They must change. Nobody knows when life get end.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Purushottam Mahajan (45) – VICTIM
Pallavi Mahajan (wife) – ACCUSED
Battle going on between them since last 2 yrs. Usually due to daily necessities or daily problems which invent due to less understanding between couple. Couple have a son named “Aum” which is 11yr old. It is a case of domestic violence, where man had been beaten up by his wife, frequently on several issues. Husband shared his tragedy with his friends but they didn’t believe on him. One day he made an idea to record the video whenever things go wrong. At Bandra Family Court, he presents this evidence and won the custody of his son. As he always keep telling to his friends that after breakup with his wife whenever he meets his son, he always found him unnourished and injuries on his body. He needs the custody of his son, as he feels that his son future is not bright with his mother. Earlier when the battle took place, court ordered women to allow a child’s father to meet his son fortnightly but in reality she never allowed a father to meet his child. Well, let me inform you that Purushottam is a former assistant director who worked with Subhash Ghai. The matter came to an end when the wife’s lawyer held a meeting with couple under one roof and explained do’s and don’ts – finally both agreed for mutual understanding and wife happily handover the custody of child to a father.

EVEN WATCHMAN CAN’T RECOGNIZE HIM
ONCE UPON A TIME
Well, this time let me talk about myself. Since March, 2010. I am keep sending by Curriculum Vitae to each and every e-mail id which is related to job of my choice. But the strange thing is result are same “SORRY WE HAVE NO VACANCY RIGHT NOW, IN FUTURE WE WILL CONTACT YOU IF WE HAVE SOMETHING TO OFFER YOU”. God, these words always hurt me. I gave my nearly 23 years to study. I was from poor background but my parents worked hard and they well ensure that I must study or at least Graduate. I completed this wish of them; even I went one step ahead. I completed Post Graduation. But now I am realize that for a job we also need the experience which we will get only via training or internship. There is a problem of mine, I can’t work on two things simultaneously (talking about study and other), except work & work. This not applies to me only; it may be the problem of several people who are just like me. So, how can we cop with these situations. I especially believe that we suppose to do one thing at one time, with whole and sole concentration. Why I selected this mantra or believe on this mantra because my past forced me to believe on this. In the year 2002-03, when I was in S.S.C., I know very well in those days that my weakness is Maths. For that, I joined extra private classes, to get more marks and overcome from this subject. Result came totally opposite; I got just passing marks in Maths. After that I realize that I am a kind of person who can’t do two things simultaneously especially when study is involved. After getting admission in college, I grow up and handle several assignments together. I have a very bad habit of submitting assignments before timing. I don’t whether it was good for me or bad for my colleagues. I am not a studious but I worked hard and got the first class (FY.) after 8yrs. Last was in 5th Std. Graduation to Post Graduation journey taught me a lot regarding social life, sometimes I feel that I am a king, sometimes I feel I am a struggler, but the winning was on my side. My work was always appreciated. But still now I am jobless. Waiting for that call which will fulfill my dream.

NEED OF 3 IDIOTS IN VALLEY
Negative impact in Valley of Dr Faesal’s positive success story
SRINAGAR, May 12: The very positive success story of Dr Faesal Shah, who recently topped the civil services examinations, has started showing its negative effects on Kashmir youth due to the wrong thinking of large number of parents.
Psychiatrists fear that more pressure would be mounted now by the parents on their children to succeed like Dr Faesal. Subsequently, the children and youth would not be able to cope up with pressure and they can land into psychological and psychiatric problems.
While Dr Faesal’s success with top rank in the civil services examinations was celebrated on a large scale in the state, the youth have started complaining about their parents comparing them with the topper and pressurising them to succeed in the same way as he did.
As per reports the arguments and counter arguments have led to brawls in some of the families.
Some school and college going youths are complaining of harassment they are receiving at the hands of their parents, ever since the news of Dr. Faesal and others faring well in IAS examinations poured into their homes.
And the repercussion of this non-stop parent nagging sessions has led to a lot of mental exertion for their children.
“We are certainly proud at what the young men from our state achieved at the national level. However, it is ironical, how our parents instead of encouraging us to do something similar, are rather pointing out our failures, which is discouraging,” said Muzamil Khan, an engineering aspirant.
This interesting development has become a common feature in Kashmiri homes these days, if a group of girl students at Government College of women, MA Road, Srinagar are to be believed.
Says Numaana, a science student, “Last year, I could not crack my medical entrance examinations because I was unwell. My parents did not say anything then. After a year, they brought back the topic, when this news of Dr. Faesal topping the examinations came in. They taunted me and my siblings that we would never be able to achieve any such thing, because we do not work hard. “
Valley based psychiatrists believe that due to this pessimistic approach of parents towards their children, the youths would not be able to learn positive lessons from this big feat.
Explains Dr. Mushtaq Margoob, a leading psychiatrist, “We have seen over and again, how in Kashmir and even elsewhere, parents are hell-bent on seeing their children achieve something extraordinary. We simply undermine the talent, which might be unique to each kid, and go on moulding his interests according to our choices.”
Experts see the conventional parental practice of inducing competition in their children through comparisons, teasing and jealousy as the major drawbacks, which lead to their children being mentally exhausted.
There is also a growing concern, among the experts that such conflicts between parents and their children would also disturb the homely congenial atmosphere and lead to further isolation of children.
Dr. Margoob reasons, “Parents only focus on the physical achievements made by their children. They tend to ignore the subdued talents in their children. Dr. Faesal, and other IAS qualifiers are surely role models for the young generation. However, it does not mean that only cracking IAS and other such examinations would mean a successful career for our children.”
Experts opine that a fabulous achievement like that of Dr. Faesal should be looked at with a positive frame of mind and not with the stereotype of following a particular model.
“This would block the mental horizons of children. The idea of exploration and experimentation should always be open to young minds. They are the most diligent ones. And if made to work in their particular areas of interest, many more Dr. Faesals would arise from this land,” added Dr. Margoob.

BLANK FAME
Nearby restaurant which made for youngsters normally, i came across few big inch screen which showing IPL match of RCB and KP. It was the most exciting match of ipl. RCB easily chases the target which was 200 above. I was expecting same kind of fun for upcoming match of KKR.
But my wish again remain on the ground, the KKR lost badly against CSK.
The strange thing was i thought that the cinema hall will be full of audience, the result came totally different. I entered in the cinema hall and what i saw i am the first one to come here today for a match the whole hall was empty i feared, i guess. Thank god i didn't purchased the ticket of any horror film, if i than it will be my last day of life. Imagine how can a person watch horror film alone in the fame cinema hall which gives super digital clearity and sound.
Than after few minutes some people walked inside and i feel relax a bit.
The GOLD Class seat was empty which was suited top of the row i was anxious to sit on that couch during the MNIK release but unable to buy ticket because it was so costly. Despite empty seats of GOLD Class i didn't try to go there and sit, there was no ticket checker present in the hall and i guess no body will stop me if i sit on that couch but somewhere i feel that it will not be good for me as i should not sit on that couch as i purchased the ticket of normal class/premier class.
HEAT HEAT EVERYWHERE
Hope for a good rain in this year.

EXPERIENCE INSIDE THE STADIUM
I wasn't expect seats at stands. As when i visited stadium in Mumbai last to last time means during season 1 of IPL there was no seats at stands might be that was the different stadium i.e. Wankhede, this time i went to Barbourne.
There was no logic to stand when you visible every moment of the match easily by sitting on your chairs which are quiet comfortable.
People there are so aggressive that they gave a problem to above seated people who are calm and cool and i guess sensitive people.
There was the group of guys who are shouting unnecessary on the decision of umpire and using abusive language in front of nearby peoples.
That experience was bad for me as i don't like such kind of persons who are spoiling the moment with their behaviour. Well as a part of the game it's good to see the stars nearby like Jayasuriya who wave to use and Pollard too. We all are expecting to see Sachin instead of Jayasuriya and Pollard but our wish remain to be unfulfilled.

KOENA MITRA
I was going towards college by train, it was afternoon, i was reading HT as usual, so through that i came to know about this incident.
1. Koena Mitra, in airport, waiting for flight, travelling bangaluru to mumbai.
2. During Security Scanning, lady security guard told her to strip off his T-Shirt.
3. Koena refused, later lady s.g. taunt her regd. her clothes which she prefers to wear mostly i.e. her dress symbol.
4. Even lady s.g. called her senior, senior officer too told Koena to take off her T-Shirt as it is for security reasons, Koena again denied.
5. A moment came she was running to catch her pair of shoes, which she removed on the instruction of another officer.
CAN YOU IMAGINE A KIND OF BULLSHIT NON-SENSE ESPECIALLY WITH B-TOWN CELEBS.
I KNOW OUR INDIAN AIRPORT CONDITIONS, BUT IT IS UNACCEPTABLE.
I MEAN HOW CAN THEY ASK TO STRIP OFF CLOTH, AS SHE NOT HAVING ANY CRIMINAL RECORD AND ALSO IT IS AGAINST THE LAW, AS I NEVER HEARD SUCH LAW WHICH SAYS THAT A WOMEN SHOULD TAKE OFF HER CLOTHES AT AIRPORT FOR SECURITY REASONS.
LATER, KOENA COMPLAINED TO BIG AUTHORITIES OF AIRPORTS.
WHEN MEDIA CONTACT THAT AUTHORITIES THEY REPLIED, "NOTHING SORT OF THAT HAPPENED,".
